Line Identifier: Optional. The identifier of a line, used for a rate specific to a line.

Default Efficiency Percent (100=100%): The percent of the Production Rate Value that the line is expected to run at. Use this option if the Default Efficiency in the import file is given as an integer, where 100 means 100%.
