Resources Import

Here you will find definitions for all mapping options in Phenix’s Consumption Rules: Resources Import. This is where you bring in data on which and amount of resources needed to produce the materials.

For more info on resources, see Resources for a quick reference, or Maintain Resources for a longer discussion.

Definitions

Produced Material Identifier: The material that uses the resource in its production.

Resource Identifier: Identifier of the resource used by the material’s production.

Amount of Resource Consumed: Amount of resource used to produce the material.

Component Item Number: Used to order BOM Item and Resource components of Materials so that the same Component Item Number is the same type of BOM Item or Resource for all Materials. This allows for easy viewing of BOM Item and Resource Consumption on the schedule.

Line Identifier: Optional. The line this consumption rate applies to. If unspecified, applies on all lines the material is produced on.

Line Filter: Optional. Sets the consumption rate to apply to lines matching the filter.

Rate Identifier: Optional. Advanced. The ID Phenix will use to identify the rate. Specifying this will force Phenix to update the rate with that ID, if it exists. Generally not used.
