Phenix Menu Structure

Navigation in Phenix is primarily done using Phenix’s left side menu.

General Menu

  • Schedules

    • Versions: Enterprise, Professional, Basic

    • The production lines in the organization and actions to schedule the lines.

  • Production

    • Versions: Enterprise Only

    • Production run tracking tool, for marking runs as started, running, and complete. Is updated by and updates the schedule live.

  • Capacity

    • Versions: Enterprise Only

    • A display of the current schedules with the intent to make identifying and resolving capacity issues more efficient and clear.

  • Inventory

    • Versions: Enterprise Only

    • Inventory graphs and functions to schedule according to inventory targets.

  • Plan to Make

    • Versions: Enterprise Only

    • Generate orders for Materials and Material type to meet inventory and fulfillment goals, accounting for forecast, customer orders, etc. Optional feature.

  • Forecast

    • Versions: Enterprise Only

    • Create and analyze forecasts using AWS Forecasting. Optional feature.

  • Wheels

    • Versions: Enterprise Only

    • Product Wheel Designer, create a manufacturing strategy that balances customer service, inventory, and production efficiency to meet your organizational objectives.

  •  Import

    • Versions: Enterprise, Professional, Basic

    • Flexible importing function for master data, transaction data, Wheel sequence files, and orders.

Setup

  • General

    • Quick setup and maintenance for relatively simple organizations.

  • Organization

    • Versions: Enterprise, Professional, Basic

    • Maintain basic Organization data and Line availability.

  • Sites

    • Maintain Sites, and maintain Lines Types and Attributes, Lines, Line Group, and Areas within a Site.

    • Maintain Production Rates for all Materials and Lines.

    • Maintain Standard Changeovers and Changeover Rules.

  • Units of Measure

    • Maintain Units of Measure and conversions between them.
