Onboarding Preparation Guide
Hello, and thank you for signing up for Phenix Scheduling!
During initial onboarding, we’ll do the following:
Set your time zone
Setup Production Lines
We’ll load or configure the following
Materials
Rates
Changeovers
Then, we’ll load Orders and cover some other topics for day-to-day use.
Before onboarding can begin, however, some data must be prepped for importing.
Phenix supports the importing and exporting of Excel and CSV files to create and edit master data. This is the method we will be using for much of the onboarding process. From Phenix, you can export templates that can be filled in with your data, which are then easily imported into Phenix for configuration.
This guide will walk you through the preparation for initial onboarding.
